Like A Fish 如魚得水 (2016-2018; self-published 2019)

It is about my evolving relationship with water. As a child, water seemed to me an indomitable and implacable enemy. But after being in hospital for pneumonia from the age of four, I was forced to face my greatest fear. I spent at least two hours every day immersed in water, learning to swim and eventually training as a competitive swimmer. Today, water has become my closest friend and ally.

If there is a next life, I would very much like to be a fish.

In 2019, a selection of the work was self-published as a 24-page zine alongside Crab Seniors, as a paired publication of One Pier, Two Stories.
